The Amin Law Group, Ltd. is a multi-jurisdictional law firm founded in 2006 by Mr. Ismail Amin. We have a wide array of experience serving our clients in many practice areas. In particular, we focus on the fields of business planning, litigation, appellate practice, real estate transactions, intellectual property, tax & estate planning and immigration.

Mr. Ismail Amin's legal experience encompasses serving larger Fortune Five Hundred companies, mid-sized privately held companies and sole proprietorships. Mr. Amin presently serves as company counsel to small to mid-sized businesses throughout California and Nevada.

As a California licensed real estate broker, Mr. Amin applies his ample experience to any real estate transaction. He has frequently counseled developers, contractors and financiers through the hurdles of financing and acquiring real estate. He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential property acquisitions, defeasance financing transactions, IRC 1031 exchanges, subdivisions, construction and real estate litigation matters.

Mr. Amin regularly counsels clients in various intellectual property issues. In particular, he has guided his clients through the federal trademark registration process, including all aspects of Madrid Protocol filings. He also regularly prepares intellectual property licensing agreements for high profile clients.

Mr. Amin graduated witha Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California - Irvine in 2000 with a double major in Political Science and International Relations. In 2003, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Pepperdine University, School of Law receiving the American Jurisprudence Award for Real Estate Finance. Also while at Pepperdine, Mr. Amin served as Executive Chair within the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law (CETL).
