Although our primary focus is on federal and state litigation (from litigation avoidance to trial up through any appeals), D.W. Nance, LLC is a general practice law firm with extensive experience in many areas of the law including business, contracts, Internet, criminal, entertainment, immigration, media, commercial and construction, and eminent domain law. While our primary goal is to help our clients avoid unnecessary litigation, Mr. Nance has over 10 years of first-chair experience in literally hundreds of administrative hearings, civil and criminal bench and jury trials and appeals.
