Mr. Little offices in New Orleans, Louisiana, and he practices throughout Louisiana as well as in Houston, Texas. Mr. Little is also an officer of Merchant Title Company. He received his B.A. in political science from Tulane University in 1991 and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans in 1996. Additionally, Mr. Little serves in an advisory capacity to several real estate development companies and their subsidiaries.
Mr. Little's primary practice is in the fields of real estate law, corporate law and estate planning. These days, he is heavily active in financing negotiations and litigation; commercial and residential real estate transactions; title Insurance; condominium law; real estate development law representing developers of condominium projects, hotels, residential subdivisions such as planned unit developments, apartment complexes and commercial retail and office rental properties; Representing clients before administrative bodies on real estate projects such as zoning and planning use law. Representation of corporate entities from formation to transactions to monitoring litigation; representation of business in transactions including complicated corporate/limited liability company buyouts and restructuring; construction contracts; commercial and residential leases; (real property tax) ad valorum tax sale law and confirmation of sales; wills, trusts and probate law; successions.
